The patient presented with multiple longstanding, untreated dental problems, periodontitis, and missing teeth. The degree of mobility of the remaining teeth made it impossible to preserve them. We placed six implants and completed a full-arch rehabilitation of the upper jaw. The same treatment is planned for the lower jaw.
